As an action-oriented therapist, I believe that the best therapy empowers a client to take the action he or she believes will lead to a more meaningful, fulfilling, and joyous life. In a safe, supportive and respectful environment, you and I will collaborate to determine the best therapeutic strategies for you. Initially, we will work to identify the events, thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns that have interfered with your living the life you want to live. Then building on your strengths and with an understanding of your unique way of seeing the world, we will identify the skills and abilities that will allow you to move toward action and empowerment. The ultimate goal will be for you to take the actions necessary to live that more meaningful, fulfilling, and joyous life.
